• The UtahRealEstate.com logo and our contact information is now on all front porch pages.

• Fixed a reported issue where the Exclusive Listing form was printing on two pages.

MLS Policy Refresher: Did your seller just sign a listing agreement?Be sure to take action within 5 days!

Note: If the property isn’t ready to market yet, a listing must either be input into the MLS and changed ‘off market’ by 11PM that same day or a ‘Notice of Office Exclusive Listing’ form must be submitted to the MLS within 5 days of the effective date of the Listing Agreement.
