Oversaw the engineering, maintenance and reliability of 500+ food production lines and the facility infrastructure of 36 production plants in U.S. and Canada. Managed a $10 million budget and charged with returning $158 million in maintenance optimization productivity savings over eight years. $22+ million in productivity generated and world-class status achieved by reducing the total cost of maintenance as a percentage of replacement asset value from 6.8% to 3.6% in less than 18 months. $8 million reduction in maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) inventories realized by developing a strategic approach with procurement to improve the preferred vendor program and ensure stronger compliance by all 36 production plants.
