Placing an order – the basics

Backorders – If there are insufficient quantities instock of some of your items, you have an option to

order only what is currently available

Confirm your order. Upon confirmation, a tax receipt will be emailed to you.

Return Policy

Faulty goods - returned for a full refund.

Change of mind – Provided your order value is greater than $200,unopened stock can be returned for a refund less restocking fee of $30
