    MODULE 2: The Professional Mixologist

    • Grooming standards and personal hygiene of mixologists• Duties and responsibilities • Professional communications and verbiage• Roleplay and demo of outfit

    MODULE 3: Mixology Bar Operations

    • Basic / Extensive tools and glassware • Using the simple SOP for productive operations• Average time for preparing cocktails/mocktails• Garnish preparations and creative cutting method

    MODULE 4: Preparing the Cocktails

    • Free pouring and measured pouring methods• Preparations, infusions, browning and other techniques• Concoctions of various liquors with moreish recipes • Nifty tips to create a customised cocktail that brings a party back• Unique ideas of choosing the glassware’s or serving cocktails/mocktails

    MODULE 5: Costing

    • Determining pricing for cocktails/mocktails• Calculations on standard and customised measurements• Difference of alcohol and non-alcohol beverage quantity• Case studies on costing calculations
