MILDLY THICK 2
• Make up Sustagen Hospital Formula as per manufacturers instructions, ie. add 60g of powder (3 level scoops) to 200ml of water and mix well until all powder is dissolved.
• Add 3 pumps of Precise Thick-N INSTANT Single Serve and mix for 30 seconds.
• Allow to stand for 10 minutes before serving.
• Consume within 2 hours*.
MODERATELY THICK

• Make up Sustagen Hospital Formula as per manufacturers instructions, ie. add 60g of powder (3 level scoops) to 200ml of water and mix well until all powder is dissolved.
• Add 5 pumps of Precise Thick-N INSTANT Single Serve and mix for 30 seconds.
• Allow to stand for 10 minutes before serving.
• Consume within 2 hours*.
EXTREMELY THICK 4
• Make up Sustagen Hospital Formula as per manufacturers instructions, ie. add 60g of powder (3 level scoops) to 200ml of water and mix well until all powder is dissolved.
• Add 12 pumps of Precise Thick-N INSTANT Single Serve and mix for 30 seconds.
• Allow to stand for 10 minutes before serving.
• Consume within 2 hours*.
IDDSI compliance over tested over temperature range 15-25oC. * Where longer storage times are required, a facility should consult their Speech Pathologists to
ensure the consistency of the supplement after that storage time. For longer storage periods, store the thickened supplement according to the facility’s Food Safety Procedures.
