Market StudyResidential Real Estate: Keeping you in touch with the market
The RightMove
Kate’s MessageWelcome to an unseasonably warm 2016! It would appear that the mild weather has kept our real estate market not just warm but hot! 2015 closed with the second best December in history which capped off a record year for Toronto Real Estate Board sales across the GTA.The desire for home ownership by first time buyers coupled with low borrowing costs kept home sales on track this past year. The lack of inventory to meet that demand made it a competitive marketplace and drove pricing up for yet another year. That was great for our home sellers and tricky ground for home buyers.
What will 2016 bring is the million dollar question. There is plenty of pent up consumer demand from those purchasers who still have mortgage pre-approvals in hand at what are arguably lower rates than what may be coming down the pipeline. They are eager to purchase so this speaks to a strong first quarter for home sellers.
If 2016 is the year that your family intends to make their next move, the Kate Peterson Team has a wealth of experience, a wide network of professional service providers and a strong and energetic sales and support team. We’re ready to make your move a simple, smooth and straightforward experience.
The right information, the right decisions, the right results… It’s The Right Move to have the Kate Peterson Team by your side. Have a wonderful year!

The Right Information. The Right Decisions. TEAM
Keller Williams associates may be taking the day off on Thursday, May 12, 2016, but it will hardly be a day of rest. Associates with the KW Realty Solutions Office have chosen to “Give Where They Live” as part of RED Day, one of the biggest events in the real estate industry.
Short for “Renew, Energize and Donate,” RED Day was created to unite Keller Williams Realty offices and associates in an international day of service.
Since the first RED Day in 2009, Keller Williams associates have given almost a half million hours of community service through activities ranging from food and blood drives to cleaning up trash in public parks, revamping gardens at nursing homes and rebuilding homes and schools for community members in need. To this day, it is one of the largest events in the real estate industry.

“ Kate’s team was extremely helpful in selling our condo and assist-ing in finding our new home. They are professional, attentive and detail oriented. They go above and beyond to ensure all questions are answered and needs are met. Kate made every effort possible to ensure our condo sold and we are very grateful. Her team was always responsive when we had any questions during the process. We would definitely recommend the Kate Peterson team to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!”

“There aren’t enough words to express our heartfelt thanks to you. You took care of us from day one just as you said you would. We were very intimidated about the thought of getting an agent and sell-ing our house after living in it for 26 years. The thought of it was overwhelming but you and your wonderful team held our hand every step of the way and delivered on EVERY promise you made to us. Your professionalism and your caring manner gave us confidence and helped us to remain focused, excited and calm. Thank you so much for everything....our family and friends certainly know of you now and we are going to make sure everyone we know, knows about the Kate Peterson Team. Thank you!!”
