and pristine tropical forests,

… nearly half of Dominican families live in poverty. Many live in “absolute poverty”, earning less than $1.25 a day.

Thousands of families live in one room homes of rusted scrap metal & plywood. Gaps are filled with cardboard or plastic bags.
Dirt floors become mud when it rains.

Most rural schools still teach 4-12 year old students in one room.

In January 2016, Agape House for Humanity distributed 196 school lunches.
Impoverished communities & parents do their best,but many are unable to provide school lunches.

60+ gifts of clothing toys & books 77 hygiene packs 128 bars of soap 6 family hygiene packs
Emergency aid; rice, baby baby formula, vitamins protein sources, baking supplies & clean water for 16 families.

AGAPE HOUSE for HUMANITYMISSION STATEMENT
(A non-profit 501(c)3 organization) The mission of ‘Agape House for Humanity’ is to conduct and provide needs assessments for mission groups and organizations throughout the world. This will be done in an effort to better allocate resources to children, families, and communities in need. The organization will seek to foster collaborative efforts between individuals, corporations, governments, foundations and other non-profit organizations. Throughout all interactions, both with those in need, and with collaborators, our primary mission is to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Needs to be assessed will include, but are not limited to:* Construction of single and multi-generational homes.* Repair of homes to provide for safer, healthier living environments.* Medical services, clinics, and access to medication.* Clean, safe drinking water; water filtration, water distribution, and access to existing sources.* Education tools; books, facilities, curriculum, school uniforms, and technology.* Spiritual development opportunities; Bibles, church buildings, and access to services offered in and around the community. * Conditions of natural environments including; animals, plants, rivers, lakes and oceans.
