• 142 people being actively monitored by Georgia Department of Public Health (DPH)
• 1570 people actively monitored since Oct. 16, 2014
• 3000 clinical inquiries to DPH• Evaluated 33 travelers with symptoms• Performed 6 Ebola tests
Traveler Monitoring Form
• Used by DPH to establish traveler record and create online account
• Detailed data related to travel and risk is captured
• Online account is established and login email is sent to traveler
Temperature and Symptom Check
Ebola Active MonitoringUsed by DPH to track symptoms and compliance of travelers being actively monitored

to identify if patients being treated are being monitored
