Improving Access by Establishing Local Community e-Networks (LCeNs)
Through:
• Development of 2200 00 LCeN`sLCeN`s becoming “knowledge centers”
• Communities selection = competitive national process, communities eligibility including social, economical, technological and entrepreneurial criteria
• Assistance of LCeN’s - technical assistance service (National Service Provider) and consultancy
• Necessary funds for equipment, connectivity, infrastructure, training and consultancy for communities in order to complete the development plans, awareness campaigns and operational costs (including broadband communications) for first three years of LCeNs functioning
