Byron and Karla Dowell are pleased to announce the upcoming marriage of their daughter, Rhiannon Dowell to Andrew Basham, son of Da-vid and Mary Alice Basham.

Grandparents of the bride are Jim and Barbara Flood and Ron and Janet Dowell of Hardinsburg, her great-grand-mother is Ruth Jolly, also of Hardinsburg.

Grandparents of the groom are Earl and Rita O’Reilly and Shirley and Laverne Basham of Hardinsburg.

The wedding will take place Saturday, April 14 at 2 p.m. CT at St. Romuald Catholic Church.

All family and friends are invited to attend.
