Wired telecommunications networks

• Construction: conventional and mechanised civil engineering, pipe jacking and directional drilling, installation ofsleeves and wireways, cable pulling and transporting, laying cables in man-entry sewers or on overhead lines,active/passive equipment installation and connections, outfitting of technical rooms, fitting internal distributionpoints, installing and commissioning routers.

• Commissioning: active equipment configuration, measurements and user acceptance testing, etc.

• Operation and maintenance: unbundling (ADSL), optical unloading, preventive and curative maintenance, subs-criber connections, after-sales service, call centres, outfitting of technical rooms, etc.

Wireless telecommunications networks

• Construction: outfitting platforms, installing pylons and aerials, laying and connecting cables, etc.

• Commissioning: tuning aerials, active equipment configuration, measurements and user acceptance testing, etc.

• Operation and maintenance: site redevelopment, equipment replacement, securing measures, preventiveand curative maintenance, subscriber connections, etc.

SADE (a Veolia Environnement company) specialises in the design, construction, rehabilitation and maintenance ofnetworks (drinking water distribution and sewerage, telecommunications, gas and electricity) and related facilitiesfor its clients in the public, private and industrial sectors.Its business lines are developed in accordance with its sustainable development policy, in a constant search forconstructive, environment-friendly alternative solutions.

For 30 years now, SADE Telecom has been integrating networks with its 1,200 employees and satisfying the ever-increasing requirements in the field of multi-technique construction, operation and maintenance of wired, wirelessand electrical networks, etc. Its integrated Design Office and high-tech teams enable it to provide comprehensive,innovative and customised services to support its clients in their domestic and international projects and to posi-tion itself as one of the major players in this sector.

Design and implementation project management

Technical feasibility validation, production of preliminary and final design studies, negotiations with authorities andinstitutional or private financial lessors, budget estimation and schedule drafting, tender preparation (Special TechnicalTerms and Conditions, drawings, etc.) and placing works contract, administrative follow-up, monitoring and taking-over of outfitting works and equipment installation.
