The Developer Mis Unitech f-li-Tech Projects Pvt Ltd has be ~ n granted LOA No F1 642007-SEZ dated 15022008 by the DOC for setting up of ITIT ES Special Economic Zone DOC has notified 1008 hectares area of this SCZ at Plot No I Sector - 144 Noida vide Gazette Notitication SO No 1421 (E) dated )9062008

The Developer has submitted proposal for approval of list of se rvices dul y certified by a chaltered engineer required by them to carryon auth)rized operation namely Built up processing area not less than minimum prescribed I lakh sqm However as per Instruction No 50 the name of authori zed operation has been changed from BlIift up processinK area not less than minimum prescrihed I lukh sqm to Construction of all type of Buildings in processing area Developer may advise to submit the revised CE Celtificate However the proposed sorvices are to be wholly consumed within the SIl

In terms of Sub Rule (2) of Rul e 12 of the SEZ Rules 200S the developel shall make an app I ication after obtai n ing approva I for the authorized operation under rule 9 OR by default authorized operations (In terms of Instruction No 50 read wi lh Instruction No 54 of DOC) to the Development Commissioner a lon~ with the list of
