I. Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 11:21 am. A quorum was present.

II. Roll Call Introductions were made in lieu of roll call.

III. Public Comment

There were no public comments.

IV. Review and Approval of the January 23, 2014 Minutes

Betty Johnson made a motion at 11:22 am to approve the January 23, 2014 minutes. Motion

seconded by Tommy Uptergrove.

V. Report from Staff – Sunset Review (H.B. 3202)

Lisa advised that legislation to renew CDRB under Sunset Review passed the Senate and was

signed by the Governor on April 16th. The Board was renewed for another six (6) years. The next

Sunset Review for the Board will be in 2020.

VI. Proposed Executive Session to Discuss Child Deaths (pursuant to 25 O.S. sec. 307(C)(8))

Tommy Uptergrove made a motion at 11:23 am to move into executive session. Betty

Johnson seconded the motion.
