Minutes of the technical evaluation for appointment of consulting agency forStartup India held through Video Conferencing on 26.06.2020 at 03:00 PM

An RfP was issued by Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade on16thMarch, 2020. The last date for receiving bids was fixed at 03:00 P.M. on 14th May2020. The bids were to be submitted online on Central Public Procurement Portal. Pre­Qualification Proposals were opened on 15th May, 2020 at 04:00 P.M. The followingbidders were found to be qualified (in alphabetical order) and accordingly it was decidedto call them for technical presentation to the Evaluation Committee through VideoConferencing from 3.00pm to 5.00pm on 26.06.2020

Mis Grant Thornton India LLP failed to obtain minimum marks for technical qualificationand hence disqualified for opening of its financial bid.

7. The committee decided to open financial bids for all the qualified applicants on06.07.2020 at 03:00 P.M.
