Events Committee & Subcommittee Reports o Events Committee Coordination Barry McNeill
Barry posed the question for discussion as to whether we want to reserve a different room for the meet and greet and the potluck to accommodate the increase in attendance for these two events? Legislative District A discussion was held as to whether it would be beneficial to add the members legislative district to his/her membership record. This would give us demographic information as to how many members we have from each district. After discussion it was decided that we wouldnt include this information at this time.
It was recommended that we include the links on the web site on how to find out what district you are in. Jeri will include this information in the article she is developing for Prime Times on legislative activity.
