Treasurers Report: Didnt have to transfer funds

Pastors Report:

Pastor will be on vacation June 21-26

Next meeting June 14th

Working approx. 57hrs per week

Will be getting reports on the following in writing from the pastor:

Loss control specialist from the UCC Insurance Board

Safe church policy

Endowment Committee : no report

Worship & Music: did not meet, working on outdoor services

Church school:

Looking for more teachers for 2010-11

Look into class for post-confirmation students

VBS: 7/25 7/29 at St. Peters UCC

Search Committee:

Reviewed 23 profiles, interviewed 3, 4 more possible

Viewing a candidate at neutral pulpit within a week

Confirmation:

Feedback from service that the kids cared about the pastor, and the pastor cared about the kids

High turnout for fellowship

Need mentors for MacKenzie, Julianna, Annie

Tie recent confirmands into a church school class/youth ministry

Nominations committee

Responsible for talking with people about open seats on consistory, LLC board, etc

Task list: (half-time) pastor/ members / shared

Bob and Bill will present task list to search committee for guidelines during interviews

Visitation ministry:

Need to think about what tasks we will feel comfortable as lay ministry
