Nothing to report for food for thought

b.  Men’s summit this Friday.

Professor from Colby will be talking, which will be followed by a

dialogue about masculinity. People should sign up online.

110 nominations for uncommon hour.

4.  Facilities & Sustainability – David Levine ’16

a.  Sending out Airport Shuttles deadline this Friday for airport shuttles.

b.  Ideas from Safe ride.

5. 

Student Organizations Oversight Committee – Daniel Mejia-Cruz ’16

a. 

Nothing new to report, but club membership are online.

6. 

Executive Committee – Sarah K. Nelson ’14 / Allen Wong Yu ’14

a. 

Final semester in review going online.

b. 

BSG has done a lot.

c. 

Long term strategic planning for rest of the year.

a.  Seniors are getting free doughnuts and Coffee.

2016

a.  Working on Freshman-Sophomore semi formal.

b.  Problems about Hockey Table, again!

c.  The complaint was heard about everyone.

2015

a. 

Finished ordering quarter zips.

b. 

Successful trivia night.

Snacks!

Tavel: How much was spent on quarter zips.

Tavel: we as a council spent 2,000 dollars.

f.  President: Well planned.

2017

a.  Final touches on event. For freshman, but everyone can come.

b.  Students want Bus to NYC.

Levine: Buses are available from Train station to NYC

Tell them to check ride board.

List in options in ways to come home.

Inter-House Council

a. All of houses are hosting affiliates and alumni before pep rally.

Entertainment Board

a. 

Working on ivies acts.

b.  Don’t tell people about ivies act.

Athletic Council

a.  Pep rally at Farley.

b.  Continuing with pots and pans.

c.  Blocking off student area to intimidate Colby.

d.  Dining will have fun.

Report of the President – Sarah K. Nelson ’14

a. 

We are coming down to the end of a very big month.

b. 

There is a Food for Thought event tonight at 8:00

c. 

Nonoo is reading poetry.

d. 

Active bystander training on Friday.

e. 

President strongly asks if people attend active bystander training for

Nunoo’s poetry.

f.  You will not regret taking part of.

g.  8:00-9:00 Maine Lounge.

h.  Cruz: Is there flyer out for events?

i. 

Join Facebook groups to help the event. Turn off the notifications.

 j. 

Working on creating ribbons.

k. 

Pledge signing will work and be connected to SU mailbox. Hate stops

here.

l. 

Serwer: We will have ribbons at pep rally.

m. 

Serwer demonstrates how to make ribbons. She got them at Walmart

are all for different types of Cancer. No gluing or extensive crafts

skills required.
