NEW CINGULAR WIRELESS PCS, LLC (KNKA264) West Palm Beach-Boca Raton, FL CMA (CMA072B) FCC Form 601 Attachment 1 Page 1 of 20 MINOR MODIFICATION This minor modification is being filed to update the Universal Licensing System (“ULS”) and correct minor errors in the site data for the West Palm Beach-Boca Raton, FL CMA market. These modifications do not increase the existing Cellular Geographic Service Area (CGSA). Applicant notes that this CMA was previously part of a consolidated CGSA comprising a number of adjacent markets. The applicant is now de-consolidating the cluster and defining each CGSA on a standalone basis. The existing reliable service area contours were developed in accordance with 47 C.F.R., Section 22.911(a), and reflect the network facilities existing as of the date of filing, and are depicted in the attached map prepared in accordance with Section 22.929(c) of the Commission’s rules. The pre-existing CGSA was derived using the best available engineering data, including ULS site data and maps provided in prior System Information Updates and modifications. Where in the course of such review the applicant has determined that cell site information is unavailable in ULS, applicant is providing corrective filings to provide such data and ensure the accuracy of ULS. The engineering calculations use a minimum of 98’ HAAT, per FCC Rule 22.911(a) (3), and 0.1 Watt or 27 db less than maximum ERP, per FCC Rule 22.911(a)(4). Site specific information has been provided in tabular form below and polar antenna radiation patterns referenced in the table have been appended hereto. The five-year build-out period has expired for all markets involved and there is no unserved area involved in this application. This application includes pre-existing SAB extensions into several adjacent CMAs; Applicant is either the licensee of those adjacent CMAs, and therefore no written SAB extension agreement is required, or has the required written SAB extension agreement in its files. The corrections detailed herein are intended to provide the most reliable data for ULS and grant of this application therefore serves the public interest, convenience, and necessity.

MINOR MODIFICATION This minor modification is being filed to update the Universal Licensing System (“ULS”) and correct minor errors in the site data for the West Palm Beach-Boca Raton, FL CMA market.
