Dr.  Keith  Thompson  called  Rev.  Soia  to  come  to  Holy  Palace  from  Manipur  for  his  treatment.  When  he  came,  I  met  him  as  a  broken  hearted  

person.      He  had  lost  his  wife  children  and  nephew  within  three  months.  After  that  he  became  imbalance.  He  visited  many  doctors  in  various  places  but  treated  him  symptomatically  with  poor  response.      Dr.  Keith  and  I  did  all  kind  of  necessary  investigations  and  consoled  him  with  word  of  God,  suggested  to  take  medicine  and  Dr.  Keith  gave  him  

gifts  and  sent  him  back  to  his  home  town  as  a  renewed  person  to  win  the  soles  for  Christ.          

 

   Kumar  our  previous  ambulance  driver,  Kalyani  his  wife  and  their  two  beautiful  children  Kriti  &  Krishika  used  to  live  in  this  small  thatch  house  

which  is  situated  near  the  forest.    They  could  not  sleep  during  winter  season  due  to  encroachment  of  the  wild  animals  inside  their  village,  and  during  rainy  season  leaking  of  rain  water  from  the  roof.    

 

 

 

   

Now  they  are  in  their  sweet  home  living  by  expressing  gratitude  to  Sr.  Hannah  and  Dr.  Keith  as  they  built  this  home  and  dedicated  in  Lord’s  hand.  This  time  we  had  fellowship  dinner  during  Dr.  Keith’s  visit.    Kumar  is  so  much  encouraged  and  He  is  going  to  have  every  Saturday  morning  

prayer  fellowship  at  his  Veranda.  I  want  to  thank  all  of  you  for  upholding  Kumar  in  your  prayer.  Today  he  is  no  more  alcoholic,  he  is  totally  changed.    Hope,  some  day  brother  Keith  and  Sr.  Hanna  can  see  Kumar  leading  the  folk  Halleluiah!!!    

   

Leadership  Training  and  about  the  leaders  

 Due  to  increase  in  number  of  fellowship  we  were  in  need  of  leaders  from  local  community.  But  most  of  the  candidates  were  found  having  

primary  level  education.  Therefore,  it  became  necessitated  to  design  short  term  leadership  training  model  according  to  the  standpoint  of  their  level  of  understanding  and  started  conducting  training  since  middle  of  January,  2013  which  we  found  big  impact  in  their  lives.  

 It  was  a  big  honor  for  us  to  have  our  dear  brother  Dr.  Keith  Thompson  during  one  of  the  period  as  a  speaker.    He  encouraged  all  the  leaders  from  the  life  of  Abraham.    

All  the  leaders  of  Holy  Palace  Bethphage  Church  honored  to  Dr.  Keith  by  placing  traditional  Khada  during  leadership  training.

Brother  K.B.  Pradhan  “who’s  story  was  written  in  last  quarter’s  news  letter”  has  became  a  strong  believer  and  been  appointed  as  program  coordinator  of  Roypara  Satbhaiya  and  Bell  line  village.  

 

 

 

                                                                     

       Bro.Thomas  Moktan,  Proposed  Deacon  of  Holy  Palace  Bethphage  Church  encouraged  when  Dr.  Keith  spoke  from  book  of  Philippians  1  about  Greeting;  Thankfulness  and  prayer;  Christ  is  preached;  to  live  in  Christ.  He  expressed  his  gratitude  by  placing  Khada  on  his  shoulder.  

 

   

All  the  leaders  of  Holy  Palace  Bethphage  Church  had  a  blessed  time  with  Rev.  Dr.  J.L.  William  (OUR  NEHEMIAH)  during  his  visit  to  Holy  Palace.    He  encouraged  all  the  leaders  to  develop  relationship  in  Christ  and  preach  about  relationship  of  God  not  religion.  We  are  in  debt  for  what  he  has  done  for  us  in  the  name  of  Lord  Jesus  Christ  to  extend  God’s  kingdom  in  this  part  of  the  world.      

 

 

 

 

                               It  was  a  great  blessing  for  us  to  be  with  Brother  Keith  during  Palm  Sunday.  We  missed  Sr.  Hannah.    

 

Mr.  Rajesh  Koirala,  our  Church  member  able  to  manage  bank  loan  and  purchased  a  tractor  for  business  purpose.  He  had  brought  to  Church  for  dedication.  It  is  a  great  thing  for  us  to  know  that  our  Church  members  are  learnt  to  trust  and  obey  word  of  God  which  is  written  in  Ephesians  5:28.  Hallelujah!!!  

 

 

These  beautiful  couple  is  Ajoy  (Taxi  driver)  and  Elisa.  They  were  staying  together  unofficially  since  8  months.  One  day  I  got  opportunity  to  tell  

them  about  the  beautiful  and  blessed  life  that  God  has  given  us.    As  they  were  living  together  they  were  feeling  guilty  also.  I  told  them  that,  there  is  a  way  in  Lord  Jesus  Christ,  you  both  do  not  need  to  feel  guilty,  because  Lord  Jesus  Christ  himself  is  the  Way,  Life  and  Truth.  After  few  days  they  confessed  their  sin  and  took  water  baptism.    On  1st  March  with  thankful  heart  I  asked  blessing  for  them  and  pronounced  as  officially  

Husband  and  Wife.  Now  they  are  living  happily.    Glory  to  His  name!
