Missions MISSIONARY SPOTLIGHT: Pray for Aaron & Lori Luse, whose
ministry among the Patapatar people of Papua, New Guinea we support
financially! Pray for their ongoing discipleship efforts as God continues to bless in
spite of opposition! Checkout their Facebook page for recent “ministry videos”—
GREAT STUFF!
SHORT TERM MISSION TRIP: July 2017—Will you consider going to
encourage the Navigator team in Cameroon to fulfill their calling; and, to
listen, learn & labor alongside them; and, to validate their ministry efforts?
Will you go to learn, from the Cameroon
Navigator team, how to better live out relational
discipleship in our MBC faith community; and, in
the broader Siouxland community? See David
McCord or call him 712/223-8931 to discuss how you
might make this trip!
General Announcements “HOW YOUR GIVING REVEALS YOUR HEART” is the title of
today’s message from 2 Corinthians 9:1-12. The Apostle Paul teaches the
Church of Corinth that there is a right way to give your offering to the Lord;
and, a wrong way! Will you ask God’s Spirit to reveal where your heart is at!
“GIDEONS INTERNATIONAL” representative, Mike Barber, is
worshipping with us today! The Gideons are dedicated to sharing the gospel
with people by sharing their faith and by giving away Bibles and New
Testaments. Please seek the Lord’s direction for what you might give financially as
we take up an offering to support their efforts & stop by their display in the foyer!

tures, that the following are our “Ministry Values”:
That Our Community of Believers… 1. Live each day in a way that brings glory to God. 2. Love God wholeheartedly; worshipping him daily in spirit,
truth and humility.
3. Love others selflessly; assuming responsibility to deal with personal sin, resolve conflict, and restore wounded relationships.

5. Witness faithfully in word and deed as the Spirit of God
leads. 6. Mature as disciples of Christ in personal spiritual develop-
ment. 7. Pursue fruitfulness in ministry utilizing spiritual gifts,
training, oversight & support. 8. Serve widows, orphans and others; meeting their physical
and spiritual needs. 9. Spur each other toward spiritual growth including active
