TODD BECKER ministry openings bass guitarist The Todd Becker Foundation, a small, but quickly growing evangelism ministry that puts on high school assembly outreaches throughout the midwest, is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to fill a position of: Youth Ministry Associate - Bass Guitarist Job Description: This person would primarily be responsible for ministering to high school youth through the Todd Becker Foundation’s assemblies. Their main duties include sharing the Gospel in one-on-one conversations, leading students to Jesus Christ, teaching the Word of God and helping counsel impacted students following an outreach event. Duties also include, but are not limited to: assistance in setting up of staging, sound and video system for each event. Additional opportunities at outreach events may apply for candidates with musical abilities: a bass guitarist is needed to play in the Todd Becker Foundation’s touring band, which opens all events with live music. Requirements: Applicants must posses a good ability to communicate, be very comfortable starting and leading conversations, be passionate about advancing the Gospel and have a good knowledge of the Bible. Applicants must also enjoy and be willing to travel, as the position requires frequent travel (typically 3 days per week of travel). In addition, this individual should have a teachable spirit willing to grow not only in this ministry position, but in their relationship with the Lord. Wages: The position is a paid position. Pay is $250 to $350 per outreach (depending on experience and abilities), and office hours starting wage is $12.75 per hour.
