WHEREAS the Minister of Labour granted a variance pursuant to section 74.1 respecting certain

sections of the Employmeni Standards Code to specified employer members of the Canadian

Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP) in Ministerial Order No, 2018-35 (M.O. 2018-35);

WHEREAS section 74.1(5) of the Code provides the authority for the Minister to amend an

order made under section 74.1;

WHEREAS M.O. 2018-35 was amended by Ministerial Order No. 2020-25 (M.O. 2020-25);

THEREFORE, pursuant to section 74.1 of the Code, as amended by Ministerial Order No.

18.2020 (M.O. 18.2020), and section 74.1(5) of the Code and on application by CAPP, I, Jason

Copping, Mini.ster of Labour and Immigration, hereby amend M.O. 2020-25 as follows, and

subject to the following terms and conditions:

1 By striking out "the earlier of the date that M.O. 18.2020 lapses or" in the sentence

following section 6 of' M.O. 2020-25. '

2 CAPP must provide a copy of this Order to the employers as soon as possible.

3 Each employer must provide a copy of this Order to the affected employees as soon aspossible upon receipt of the Order, and to new employees upon hire, by:

(a) delivering it in person;

(b) posting it in the workplace;

(c) posting it on a secure, accessible work-related website, or
