While finding the positive in any situation candramatically improve our life outlook, it’s equally asimportant to stay your authentic self. Toxicpositivity occurs when you block your and othersnegative emotions and disregard them as invalid.Acknowledging that voice in your head and how youfeel should always be your first step. Trying to findthe silver lining is the second and lasting step.
That little voice in your head that responds to things matters. When you take control of how positive yourself-talk is you’re able to impact how you handle stress. This commentary likely runs all day long, and we
