dotti polverulenti in fusti e bido-ni, mentre le dimensioni conte-nute ne permettono l’utilizzoanche quando ci si trova incondizioni di spazio ridotto.

- Così come per gli scaricatoritelescopici per grandi portate,anche questo è dotato di doppiosoffietto in Neoprene-Hypalon®,permettendo di aumentarne l’ef-ficacia dell’aspirazione dellepolveri volatili.

- MINIFILL®, in funzione delle ca-ratteristiche d’impiego, può es-sere realizzato in Ferro oppurein AISI.

- L’azionamento di tale macchinaè realizzato mediante due cilin-dri pneumatici.

WARRANTY CONDITIONSRESPONSIBILITY

The company that handles instal-lation of the loader has the rightto warranty as long as the fol-lowing conditions are adheredto:The electrical connections mustbe carried out by qualified per-sonnel, in accordance with ex-isting regulations.The warranty period starts fromthe day the loader is received bythe customer.The warranty covers only thedefects that emerge during thewarranty period, and those thatcan be directly linked to materialand/or manufacturing defects.In the event of such defects,spare parts will be supplied freeof charge only after examinationof the components returned, car-riage paid, to the supplier.The working hours and travelexpenses are not covered by thewarranty.

The warranty is valid only if theloader has been installed, usedcorrectly, and maintained accord-ing to the instructions given in thismanual. The warranty shall notbe applicable for defects result-ing from:- insufficient or poor maintenance- lightning, fire or natural disas-

ters.

The manufacturer’s responsibil-ity in the case of defects is ex-pressly limited to the above de-fects included in the warrantycover.The manufacturer shall not takeinto consideration requests fordamages for any other reasons,except those deriving from fail-ure to satisfy the warranty con-ditions.All commercial components in-stalled on the loading bellows arecovered by the warranty condi-tions offered to the manufactur-er.These warranty conditions aregenerally binding. TRANSPORT AND RECEIPT OFGOODS

On arrival, prior to unloading,check goods are in compliancewith delivery note, invoice andacknowledgement of order.If any parts are damaged throughtransport immediately state yourclaims in writing in the consign-ment note (waybill). The driver isobliged to accept the claim and toleave you a copy. Send off yourclaim without hesitation to thesupplier if you received the goodsfree destination. In all other cas-es send claim to shipping agent.If you fail to state your claims onarrival of the goods it may not beaccepted.Avoid any kind of damage togoods during unloading and han-dling.Always handle goods with care.

PACKING / WEIGHTThe loader is packed on a 70x70cm pallet (shown in the Fig.).Different types of packing can beprovided on request (or depend-ing on the transport means used).The data regarding the machineweight given in this manual do notinclude the weight of the packing(pallet or other).

INSTALLAZIONE

PREPARAZIONE SCARICATORE

SENZA FILTRI

- Utilizzate un dispositivo di solleva-mento con portata idonea al pesodello scaricatore.

- Sollevate lo scaricatore fino all'al-tezza voluta e posizionate la guarni-zione (pos.4, fig.1) infilandola neiprigionieri della testata (pos.5, fig1)

- Infilare la flangia del tubo di collega-mento (pos.3, fig.1) nei prigionieridella testata.

- Dopo aver applicato una rondellaelastica di sicurezza (pos. 2) avvita-te i dadi (pos. 1).

- Per il fissaggio utilizzate soltantobulloneria zincata della categoria 8.8.

- Assicurarsi che i prigionieri sporganodalla flangia di una lunghezza suffi-ciente per poter avvitare i dadi. Ilbloccaggio dei dadi deve essereeffettuato mediante una chiave tor-siometrica (coppia di serraggio 400Nm).

- Utiliser un dispositif de levage dontla capacité de charge est appropriéeau poids du chargeur.

- Ensuite après avoir mis une rondelleà ressort de sécurité (pos. 2), vissezles écrous (pos.1).

- Pour la fixation utiliser uniquementde la boulonnerie galvanisée classe8.8.

- S’assurer que goujons depassent dela bride d’une longueur suffisantepour pouvoir visser les écrous. Leblocage des écrous doit être effec-tuè vec une clé dynamométrique(couple de serrage de 400 Nm)..

- Nur verzinktes Befestigungsmate-rial der Beständigkeitsklasse 8.8verwenden.

- Überprüfen ob die Stiftschraubenvorschtrecken vom Flansch einergenügenden Länge für in der lages-ein, Würfel zu schrauben. Das Blo-ckieren der Würfel muss mit einemDrehmomentschlüssel anziehen(Anzugsmoment 400 Nm).

- Use lifting equipment suitable forthe weight of the loading bellows.

- Lift the loader to the required heightand position the gasket (Item 4, Fig.1) by putting it on the pins of the endbearing assembly (Item 5, Fig. 1).

- Put the flange of the connectingtube in the pins of the end bearingassembly (Item 3, Fig. 1).

- After having put a security springwasher (Item 2), screw the nuts(Item 1).

- Use only class 8.8 galvanized nutsand bolts for fixing.

- Make sure that pins put out from theflange of a sufficient length to beable to screw nuts. The blocking ofnuts must be carried out by a torquewrench (tightening torque 400 Nm).

ricatore devono essere effet-tuati da personale qualificato,in conformità alle norme locali.

- Quando effettuate i collegamentiaccertatevi che i cavi siano dilunghezza sufficiente.

- Effettuate i collegamenti elettri-ci seguendo gli schemi elettriciche troverete allegati allo sca-ricatore.

PRECAUZIONI GENERALI

- Lo scaricatore deve essere at-tivato ed utilizzato esclusiva-mente da personale qualificatoe correttamente addestrato cheabbia preventivamente letto ilmanuale di istruzioni dello sca-ricatore.

- Osservate sempre le normati-ve locali vigenti in materia disicurezza per la prevenzioni diincidenti.

- Se non avete dimestichezzacon lo scaricatore, vi consiglia-mo di consultare una secondavolta il manuale delle istruzioni,esaminando una ad una le varieoperazioni.

- Non rimuovete pannelli o coper-ture protettive dallo scaricato-re mentre è in funzione.

- Quando ispezionate o pulite loscaricatore, indossate una ma-schera antipolvere ed occhialiprotettivi. Assicuratevi che ven-gano rispettate le norme localivigenti in materia di sicurezza edi salvaguardia ambientale.

- Assicuratevi che l’impianto elet-trico sia provvisto di messa aterra.

- Non si devono rimuovere o oc-cultare dalla vista etichette for-nite dal produttore, che devonorimanere ben visibili in qualsiasimomento.

- Qualora delle etichette risultinoilleggibili, danneggiate o consu-mate, dovranno essere pulite e/o sostituite, come risulterà op-portuno.

ELECTRICAL AND PNEUMAT-IC CONNECTIONS- The electrical connections of

the loader must be carried outby qualified persons, in accor-dance with local regulations.

- When making the connections,ensure that the cables used areof suitable length.

- When making the electrical con-nections, refer to the wiringdiagram enclosed with the load-ing bellows.

GENERAL PRECAUTIONS

- The loader must be activatedand used only by properlytrained, qualified operators,after reading the loading bel-lows instruction manual.

- Always observe the existinglocal regulations as regardssafety.

- If you are not familiar with theloader, we recommend you readthe instruction manual carefullya second time, with special at-tention to each of the opera-tions.

- Do not remove the panels andguards fitted on the loader,while it is in operation.

- Use a dust-proof mask and gog-gles for protection while in-specting or cleaning the loader.Ensure that the existing safetyand environmental regulationsare adhered to.

- Ensure that every one operat-ing the loader is familiar with theposition of the emergency stoppushbutton, and that it is usedonly in an emergency.

- Make sure that the electricalsystem is earthed.

- Labels affixed by the manufac-turer on the loader must beclearly visible at all times, andmust not be removed or hidden.Illegible, damaged, or worn la-bels must be cleaned and/orreplaced.

- Wenn Sie nicht mit Verladegar-nituren vertraut sind, lesen Siedie Betriebsanleitung ein zwei-tes Mal durch und prüfen Sie dieverschiedenen AnweisungenStück für Stück.

- Entfernen Sie keine Schutzplat-ten oder Abdeckungen zumSchutz der Verladegarnitur,wenn diese in Betrieb ist.

- Wenn Sie die Verladegarniturkontrollieren oder reinigen,immer eine Staubschutzmaskeund eine Schutzbrille tragen.Sicherstellen, daß alle vor Ortgeltenden Bestimmungen inSachen Sicherheit und Um-weltschutz beachtet werden.

- Sicherstellen, daß die elektri-sche Anlage geerdet ist.

- Vom Hersteller gelieferte Auf-kleber dürfen nicht entfernt oderversteckt werden, sondern siemüssen jederzeit gut sichtbarbleiben.

- Falls die Aufkleber undeutlich,beschädigt oder verschlissensind, müssen sie gereinigt und/oder ersetzt werden.

RACCORDEMENTS ELECTRI-QUES ET PNEUMATIQUES- Les raccordements électriques

- Respecter toujours les normeslocales en vigueur en matièrede sécurité pour la préventionsdes accidents.

- Pour vous familiariser avec lechargeur nous vous conseillonsde lire une deuxième fois lemanuel d’instructions, en exa-minant les différentes opéra-tions une après l’autre.

- N’enlever pas les panneaux ouprotecteurs du chargeur quandil est en marche.

- Lors des contrôles ou du net-toyage du chargeur, porter unmasque anti-poussière et deslunettes de protection. S’assu-rer du respect des normes lo-cales en vigueur en matière desécurité et de protection de l’en-vironnement.

- S’assurer que l’installation élec-trique est équipée de mise à laterre.

- Il ne faut pas enlever ou mas-quer les étiquettes fournies parle producteur, qui doivent res-ter lisibles à tout moment.

- Si les étiquettes sont illisibles,endommagées ou usée, ellesdevront être nettoyées ou rem-placées.

- Portez toujours un masque anti-poussière avec lunettes de pro-tection quand vous travaillezsur le déchargeur.

- Faites descendre le déchar-geur et désactivez l’alimenta-tion pneumatique des vérins.Le vérin se déchargera en sedétendant complètement.

- Décrocher et enlever les col-liers inférieurs et sùperieurs deblocage des soufflets extérieuret intérieur. (Fig.1-2)

- Déposer le groupe des souf-flets

- Die unteren Spannschellen desinneren und äußeren Balgeslösen und entfernen (Abb.1-2).

- Die Bälge entfernen.

- Remove the bellows unit.
