Terms To Remember
-Metallic : It’s shiny and you could “build a bumper from it.”
- Nonmetallic : It is either earthy or crystalline. (It looks like a common rock or a crystal.)
- Vitreous : The mineral is see-through like glass.
-Translucent : It’s like frosted glass; you can sort of see through it.
- Opaque : NOT translucent or vitreous. You can’t see through it.
