publication.”

(2) Government Gazette No.R125 showing the amendment of Chapter 8 of the Mine Health & Safety Act, was issued on 27th/February/2015.

(3) Effective date of Proximity Detection Systems will be 28th/May/2015.

(4) Chapter 8 of the Mine Health & Safety Act amendment tells the exemption of automatic braking system in 8.10.1.2(b) on Proximity Detection Systems .
