this 3-day training program, salespeople will learn a new approach

that will deliver sales success. Attendees will learn strategies through simulation and role plays so that they can immediately apply these skills in

their day to day activities.

Day 1 Dec. 4 8:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Attendees will develop skills and techniques in relationship building, designed to persuade and influence clients through motivational interviewing. Building Trust and Credibility through Authentic Communication• Explore how to earn the right to continue the

conversation by understanding and focusing on the client’s needs

• Consider how to use verbal and non-verbal techniques to project confidence and build trust

Day 2 Dec. 18 8:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Adapt the conversation/presentation to what the customer wants and needs. Build trust, offer insights, and work to understand your clients’ needs. Needs Assessment/Interview Skills• Consider key questions to move the client to share

important information• Create need and desire to solve the issues by asking the

correct questionsGetting Engaged• Consider how to respond to clients’ comments

regarding their need(s) and how they want it to be delivered

• Engage customers effectively through vocal variety and energy

Day 3 Jan. 8 8:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Assisting in the buying decision: consultatively doing the heavy lifting and providing the resources to review the barriers to purchase. Create Stark Raving Fans• Consider how to leverage what motivates those

involved in the decision process• Explore how to motivate the client to agree to and live

up to committed timeframes• Understand how you can convert influencers to

become inside sales peopleWhen To Talk About Money• Evaluate how to turn price/cost into value/ROI

conversations• Improve value while building relationships• Consider how to respond to competitive pressure
