The Strategic Map is an operational representation of Minas Gerais’ long term planning foreign trade sector. It lays out specific goals, indicators, targets and programs to achieve the vision of future.

The Strategic Map was designed as a joint effort among federal and state governments and private sector organizations, sponsored by the World Bank.

Several highly intensive brainstorming sessions in which heads of key institutions achieved a common definition of the foreign trade long term vision.

The coordination team is in charge of the participants continuous engagement, alignment, initiatives mapping, indicators update, reports preparation, project structuring and communication to the Foreign Trade Community and to the society.
