The generous rooms boast many character features whilst being styled with modern twists such as a Mark Wilkinson kitchen, limestone flooring and underfloor heating. There are three bathrooms and two shower rooms servicing the six bedrooms whilst the splendid morning room offers views over the river and the landscaped gardens. The plot extends to approximately 1.5 acres and the landscaped gardens surround the property which sits over the River Pang. There is a paved terrace to the side of the house that overlooks the river and gardens ideal for long summer nights or alfresco entertaining. The Mill House has fishing rights to its stretch of the river and that of some adjoining properties as
well. Tidmarsh is located 36 miles from Heathrow Airport with the M4 being only a short distance away. The nearest train station is Pangbourne, offering access to Reading with regular fast links to Paddington.
