• Provide support and training to faculty and students on educational technologies, including Moodle learning management system, Mahara e-portfolios, Turnitin, TurningPoint clicker technology, and iPads. Create materials to provide an additional layer of support: videos, subject guides, handouts. • Work with faculty to integrate technology into a 1:1 iPad learning environment by supporting content creation, researching discipline specific applications, identifying assignment revisions that support use of mobile technolgy in learning objectives, and providing training on iPad presentation and teaching tools. • Aide faculty in the development of online courses by creating and mainting an online class template, converting content to digital format, understanding available online tools to supplement learning, and securing digital licenses for copyrighted content. • Collaborate across departments to ensure training needs for faculty & students are met. • Meet with academic departements to discuss pedagogical uses for emerging and educational technology tools. • Provide reference support to students, faculty, and community patrons in the library and through chat, phone, and email. • Teach information literacy one-shot sessions for several sections of first-year students. • Created a social media plan for the library; write and post content for the library social media pages. • Apply creative uses of emerging technology to library programs and services; for example redesigning the library first-year orientation to be a mobile friendly scavenger hunt.
