Goal

• Improve the competitiveness of European Creative Industries as drivers of the economy (growth and jobs) through ICT. Support the European creative industry in their efforts towards a global leadership in high-tech application sectors and the ability to develop innovative and effective solutions. Strengthen Europe’s position as provider of creative products and services based on individual and business creativity.

Actions

• Support research and innovation for the development of novel ICT technologies (authoring tools, 3D…) and its deployment in the Creative industries.

• Mobilising the entire range of available EU innovation instruments (SME actions, web entrepreneur actions and access to finance) in support of creative industries innovation efforts and fostering new business models.
