1. The gear driven #50 taper spindleprovides high torque output at 6000rpm speed, also featuring high speed8000 to 10000 rpm pulley for increa-sed cutting capability and better sur-face finish while reducing workpiecemachining time.
2. Counter-balance system is equip-ped with an extra large sized reservoirto increase Z-axis travel smoothness.
3. This is an operator friendly machinedesigned for ease of frequently chang-ing of parts or if you have complicatedfixtures to indicate. The base is concavestructured to allow the operator easywalk-in and allows a forklift, or overhead crane to lift up and enter thebase. Provides convenient loading andunloading of workpieces, for easier and
greater parts manufacturing. This isyour dream-machine.
4. Three axis ball screws are directlycoupled to servomotors with 1 millionpulses absolute encoder. High precisionball screws with pre-loaded doublenuts and rigid coupling are standardequipment. An enlarged servo motor(Fanuc) provides 9.78 hp on the X-axis,9.78 hp on the Y-axis and 6.8 hp onthe Z-axis.
5. The pressurized lubrication systemprotects the Turcite B coating andgibs, loss of oil pressure is indicatedon the control panel, alerting operatorto perform maintainence check-up.
6. Complete oil and fluid separationdesign, combined with one-piece constructed base and fluid reservoirabsoutely prevents cutting fluid deter- ioration and odors.

Greater Machine WeightAll major castings are heavily andsymmetrically ribbed to provideincreased dynamic stability andkeep vibration to a minimum inheavy-duty machining. Overall

PRECISION SPINDLEThe spindle, supported by P4 class precisionbearings, is precision matched preload andcarefully assembled to guarantee superiordynamic running accuracy.
QUALITY MATERIALThe spindle, gears, and spin-dle shaft are all made of highgrade alloy steel, heat treatedand precision ground.
TWO SPEEDS AND IDLE RUNNINGFeaturing a powerful 30 to 60 hp (30 minute rating), hightorque spindle motor and an ISO50 spindle that ensures ahigh level of machine precision and cutting power. Two speedspindle selection, high and low range offer ample power outputfor low speed heavy cutting applications, and high speedselection for finish cut machining. Idle running allows for convenient setup of workpiece. The maximum rotary velocityof the spindle is 6000 rpm and on select models for 8000 or10,000 rpm. Choice of four spindle speeds. Choose 4000or 6000 rpm on the gear transmission headstock; and 8000 or 10,000 rpm on the pulley transmission headstock.
