Qualifications

Cameron Dunsford received his degree in Business at the University of Technology Sydney. In a career spanning over 25 years at the top of his industry, Cameron is an expert in his field and a founding member of RHAS. As a leader and industry luminary, Cameron holds a number of industry positions: Fellow of the Australian Property Institute, past Member of the Australian Property Institute National Education Committee and Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Cameron has extensive experience in valuations in industries as diverse as power generation, transport, engineering, mining and quarrying, concrete batching, 5-star hotels, earthmoving, petroleum, hospitality, woodworking, office fit-outs, information technology, cars and boats, materials handling, logging and sawmills, communications and medical. While these are his specialist areas, Cameron has undertaken significant work in every conceivable area related to non-real property assets.

Background

Cameron started in the industry with Hymans Asset Management Group in 1991 as a Senior Valuer and is now a Managing Principal of RHAS, an Aon Company. Today RHAS boasts an extensive range of blue chip clients, with the company represented in every state in Australia.

Proven Track Record

Cameron has completed valuations of billions of dollars of plant in every conceivable industry. Major valuation projects have included Hanson, Boral & Rinker’s combined 9,000 strong mobile plant fleet, 150 quarries and 600 concrete batching plants, Sydney Ferries, 2,500 public and private buses, 50 thermal, hydroelectric and wind-turbine power stations, ABB Engineering & Construction’s Tomago and Kwinana plants, Shell’s Australian Distributor Network, Star Track Express’ 2,200 strong fleet, 5-star Hotels, unique boats and cars, hundreds of sawmilling and logging entities, Councils and much more.
