1. Camera system upgrade: At present the Sydney office has an analogue camera system. Analogue is 0.2mp-0.4mp image resolution.Analogue is a discontinued medium.

An upgrade is required for moving forward. Using all existing analogue coax cabling.Upgrade all existing analogue cameras to HDTVI 8mp cameras.

Based on like for like camera positioning.

Hikvision same manufacture as your existing camera system. All new cameras will be HDTVI 8mp.All new cables to be digital Cat6 with HDTVI convertors (future proofing new cabling).

16 channel HDTVI recorder with two hard drive bays. 3tb hard drive. 5 x 8mp cameras with fixed 90-degree wide angle lens (Replacing all original

cameras).

Notes to Quotation

1. SecuriVision Pty Ltd will beat any prices quoted by 2%, based on equivalent equipment.

2. The estimate is based on this proposal for the type and numbers as detailed in this quote and does not allow for any future variations. If any change to the type and/or number of the specific installation details, additional costs may incurred. These additional costs must be approved prior to installation.

3. The quotation is based on the supplied data.

4. It is proposed that Superior Security Solutions will supply and install all hardware as specified in the quote including cabling and connections.

5. Price quoted herein is firm for 30 days from the date of this quotation and thereafter maybe subject to increase.

Security Preventative Maintenance ContractSecuriVision Pty Ltd

To support the product and installation warranty we recommend our technicians attend twice per year to undertake the following (at a minimum).

A thorough inspection of the Access control/Camera systems in accordance with the service schedule.

Operational Inspection - Undertake basic tasks e.g. check, test and clean, inspect the cabling for any pending breaks, review event log and make adjustments (if required), check the PCBs and other infrastructural item, test batteries, power supplies. Test readers for correct read and function. Report any issues.

Firmware/Software updates to the PCBs as required or deemed necessary.

The term of this arrangement will be the warranty period of 24 months.

Our annual charges for this service are $600.00 excluding GST payable on a do and charge basis $300.00 excluding GST per visit. Additional costs for non-warranty related parts and materials and scissor lift/boom hire will be invoiced separately.

Security Standard Technical Consultation and Repair:

Business Hours = Monday – Friday 0700 – 1800 hours. $220.00 excluding GST includes service call and one hour on site.

Extra hours charged at $120.00 per hour, per technician excluding GST.

After Hours = $320.00 excluding GST includes service call and one hour on site. Extra hours charged at $200.00 per hour, per technician excluding GST.

Public Holidays = $450.00 excluding GST includes service call and one hour on site. Extra hours charged at $350.00 per hour, per technician excluding GST.

Extra Charges – Parts and labour required for non-warranty related repairs.

1. Title will not pass until terms of payment are made, until such time the goods remain the property of our Company, and we reserve the right of access to such property.

2. No responsibility will be accepted for damage to unsighted services (e.g. gas, water, electricity, etc) resulting from cabling. Additional costs will apply to complete installation where unsighted services encountered cause additional work. No allowance (unless stipulated) has been made for cutting concrete or bitumen and making good which if required the cost will be a variation to the contracted price. A set of drawings depicting the various services in the areas where we will be working will be required.

3. The warranty for equipment may not be covered if subsequent repairs and maintenance post installation is undertaken by persons other than our technicians. Warranty periods are generally 24 months for product and installation.

4. If during the pre-wiring phase any of our cables and equipment becomes damaged, tampered with or stolen for reasons beyond our control the cost to remedy/replace same remains with the client.

5. If existing cabling installed by others is incorrectly located, configured or does not work which requires our rectification, standard replacement cabling charges per metre will apply.

6. A deposit of 50% is required on acceptance of the quote with Final Payment required 7 days from job completion. A progress payment of 20% will be required after 14 working days of installation if the job is delayed and the final balance will be due and payable 7 days after job completion and commissioning.

7. All GPOS are to be supplied by the client electrician.

8. Our quotations are valid for 30 days from date of issue. Prices quoted are subject to final inspection from our technical estimators.

9. The client will be responsible for any Late Payment Fees and Debt recovery costs that may be incurred due to non-payment of the account beyond 30 days from installation.

10. Should we during the installation encounter any unforeseen difficulty which will require a variation to the contracted price, Superior Security Solutions will consult with the client prior to expending the additional expense e.g., any core holes required, critical changes required for reasons beyond the control of Superior Security Solutions at the time of quoting and/or after starting the job.

11. Superior Security Solutions, its staff and contractors with the client will undertake an OHS risk assessment prior to the installation. The assessment outcome will be reviewed with all Superior Security Solutions staff/technicians that will be on site undertaking the installation. The assessment will cover PPE requirements.

12. The installation completion date is generally 60 days after receipt of the signed agreement; the clients purchase order and the deposit. We cannot start the job until the deposit and the signed contract have been received.

13. It is the customers’ responsibility to provide parking for our vehicles during the installation.

14. Unless otherwise requested all installation is to be performed during normal business hours. Client requested work required outside of these times may incur additional charges.
