Three steps to submitting accurate True-up figures

Step 1: SAM Baseline Review – Complete a SAM Baseline Review on your Microsoft estate between 3 – 6 months prior to the True-Up date.

This will enable you to obtain Visibility of the Microsoft licensing estate and analyse your usage over the past year.

Step 2: Analysis & Optimisation – To ensure that an accurate licensing position is established, options for re-harvesting surplus licenses to

deliver cost savings are utilised and an informed understanding of entitlement is reached in good time, the Insight SAM Services team will

work with you, advise based upon accredited Microsoft experience and recommend additional options for optimisation.

Step 3: Submit True-up Figures – Provide Microsoft with all required information on time, in a compliant position and without having
