Implementation of new IT projects. Who takes responsibility? What are its
success / failure rates in IT projects?
In major IT / project implementation worldwide, Microsoft Corp in Redmond
US is responsible to it. In example, if we are transferring from one platform to
another it takes about 3 months or less because we ensure that business
operation is not compromised. In addition to this, all the site owners are
being briefed to the changes. Weekly call is there to ensure that there is a
smooth transition experience for everyone.
Provide additional strategies in the use of IT in the achievement of your
company objectives and in enhancing business image / performance in the
market.
At Microsoft, we ensure that we on top of competition as much as possible.
We use our own technology so we can share our own experience to the
