Task Recurrence Dialog Box
A task that you perform on a regular basis can be set up in a similar manner to a recurring appointment.

Completed Task
Click white box to mark task as complete.

Assigning Tasks
Click down-pointing triangle on New button and then click Task Request.
Recipient receives task request via e-mail message.

Accepting a Task Request
Recipient can choose to Accept or Decline task request.
Can key a response to task originator.
Once a task is accepted you become the task owner.

By Category View
Related tasks can be assigned to a category similar to Contacts.

Active Tasks View
Active Tasks are those with a status of:
•Not Started
•In Progress
•Waiting on Someone Else

•Can be placed on the desktop.
