MicroSeal® Australia Pty Ltd is a full service textile protection company specialising in two key

interior fit out products and associated cost effective services.

MicroSeal® Australia Pty Ltd are the sole importers and sole national distributors of the products

MicroSeal® and Inspecta-Shield™ Flame Retardant in Australia and New Zealand.

MicroSeal® Australia Pty Ltd is based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia and includes offices

in New Zealand and representation throughout Australia and New Zealand


B. PRODUCTS

Fabric Protection:

MicroSeal Permanent Fabric protection

What is it? MicroSeal is a permanent, non-toxic and biodegradable fabric protection that can

protect all types of fabric, leather, carpet & rugs.

MicroSeal is a penetrator not a coater, so it does not change the colour, look,

texture or feel of what it is applied to. This also gives MicroSeal its permanency; it

won’t wash or wear off.

How it works MicroSeal is Multi Dimensional - it protects from stains and soiling, UVA & B sun

fade, mould & mildew (so is great for tropical or cold & damp locations).

It increases abrasion resistance by 60% and reduces flame & smoke spread in the

event of a fire.

Inspecta-Shield™ Flame Retardant

What is it? Inspecta-Shield™ is a versatile, broad spectrum, odourless, colourless, multi-use,

penetrating, fire retardant (for interior use only).

How it works UL Classified Inspecta-Shield assures a quality controlled, invisible fire retardant

treatment ideally suited for economical commercial treatments of: natural fibres,

decorative products, synthetic fibres, wooden building materials (lumber, etc.),

paper, displays, upholstery, stage curtains, carpeting, mattresses, draperies, and

much, much more!

Correct application rates are established by a thorough series of evaluations before

commercial scale treatment. Application rates may vary with weight, density and

the building code for which treated materials are intended to comply with.

Application work is carried out by our certified applicators.

Standards Inspecta-Shield™ meets and exceeds all requirements of Australian Standard

AS1530 to be rated as a fire retardant by BCA, State, and locally acknowledged

testing procedures.

Independent testing standards have proven that Inspecta-Shield provides

unsurpassed fire-retardant protection and has been recognized by AWTA

Inspecta-Shield™:

o can treat both natural and synthetic materials

o is visible under long wave ultraviolet light so that the initial application and

any need for reapplication can easily be checked.

o UV stable

o has been demonstrated to significantly inhibit sun fading and sun rot

o dries to an invisible durable protective shield with no residue or rings to

change the aesthetics of treated items

o when dry, it is non-corrosive to metal

• Dry dust extraction* then reapplication of Flame Retardant and issue of certification of

conformity to Australian Standards AS1530, part 2 & 3

• Dry extraction cleaning of Theatre curtains and wall fabrics

* Due to specially designed equipment, Microseal Australia can offer a very cost effective solution

for dry dust extraction from theatre wall and floors.

Our specially designed equipment allows fast job turn around, hence no business downtime, and

minimises or excludes the need for costly height access equipment.
