microdia set up a booth where visitors were
attended to by it’s microdia asia pacific team
and a delegation of specialists from microdia head quarter in Switzerland.
Fully operational cross heads were exhibited and draw the interest of numerous visitors from P.R. China and foreign countries as well.

Those heads are configurable to run: - single layer, double, triple layer. - single ,double layer + stripe . - etc.
microflex option is also available for high
precision, thin wall tube. All kinds of shapes with lumens, embedded radio opaque stripes can be extruded on

Micro tubes and medical tubes tools as well as all other
microdia products are exclusively manufactured in ours
workshops in Yverdon-les-bains Switzerland. Production on high-precision lathes, grinding and electro erosion machines is always followed by a meticulous mirror hand polishing to improve surface smoothness and guarantee an even compound flow.
Every single part manufactured in
microdia works is then measured by the
metrology department and the results filed in our permanent archives.
On demand, microdia offers technical assistance by
experienced extrusion specialist in the fields of wire & cable as well as tubes, micro tubes and medical tubes.
