NEW PRODUCT
OurQualityPromiseThe quality of our cork production is a direct result of continuing
efforts to improve our procedures and products while respecting
the norms and regulations associated with the products.
Lafitte is committed to continually evolving with the development
of new technology, product options and quality control measures.
Our understanding and control of TCA in natural cork has
continually improved through a commitment to research and
development of new sensory-based quality control methods.
New micro agglomerate closures from Lafitte are individually molded giving
them noteworthy physical and mechanical properties. Known as the CLASS
and IN-NOVA, these corks benefit from cutting edge sterilization and deodorization
technology, the MAXCLEAN System.®
In order to provide winemakers with consistent performance, expandable
microspheres (chemically inert and validated food grade) were introduced
in a perfectly balanced formulation.
With its many years of experience and expertise in the field of cork, The Lafitte Group has developed a range of technical corks using granulate sourced from the production of their natural cork closures. This perfectly balanced system renders two high performance products, the CLASS and the IN-NOVA. CLASS – Effectiveness • Homogenity
