Tommy Guajardo, Dearborn, TE, 6-3, 225, Minnesota, Iowa State, Boston College and 10 more. This kid is on the rise. He is a Big Bodied Athlete that can also play TE/OLB prospect. Has great hands and plays with physicality.

Mason Gilbert, DeWitt, TE, 6-6, 220. Gilbert has good size as a pass-catching tight end and arguably the top TE pros-pect in the Lansing area . Helped lead Dewitt to the Division 3 state semifinals this past season. Interesting two-sport standout. Also a hoops player, has a nice, all around athletic look to his game.

Larsen Kever, Union City, TE, 6-5, 215. One of Michigan’s top “sleeper” recruits, Kever is an outstanding all-around foot-ball player. Next level athleticism and footwork, coordination for a big kid. This season, Kever played QB, RB, WR and LB and excelled at each position. This past season, named to the Battle Creek Enquirer All-Area first team. At the next level will more than likely be at TE or DE.

Nick Edington. Pickford, TE, 6-8, 225. An athletic freak of nature. Edington is a match-up nightmare as a TE-WR. Has strong hands as a receiver and can out-jump most defenders assigned to cover him. Plays for Pickford, an 8-man football powerhouse from Michigan’s Upper Pen-insula. Don’t let the “8-man football” fool you, this kid can play for anybody and against anybody and excel. His growth potential at the next level is off the charts. In basketball, Edington is one of the state of Michigan’s best in the north-ern Michigan/Upper Peninsula area. With his combination of basketball footwork and jumping explosiveness and football toughness and grit, Edington is one of Michigan’s diamond in the rough-type prospects. Edington is Division I-level in football and basketball.

Josh Jordan, Muskegon Reeths-Puff-er, TE, 6-6, 225. Jordan is in the con-versation as the state of Michigan’s No. 1 tight end prospect. Explosive athlete, first and foremost, Jordan is a possible D-I hoops player as well as a football recruit. Named to the Muskegon Chron-icle’s Dream Team this past fall as a junior, Jordan is a mismatch with his size, speed and length. One of the best athletes ever at Muskegon Reeths-Puff-er, Jordan is one of the top D-I football prospects in west Michigan.

Named Coldwater’s MVP this past season after recording a team-high 80 tackles, with eight TFL, two sacks and one fumble recovery. Nation-ally-ranked shot put and discus thrower, Targgart captured state titles in both events this past spring leading Coldwater to its first-ever track and field state cham-pionship.
