The resort’s private lake, affectionately known as Li’l Sag Bay, has both a sandy beach and a fleet of candy-colored pedal boats. Put up your feet and relax in a lounge chair while the little ones build sand castles or splash in the swimming area.

Down at the sport courts, you can work up a sweat with a game of volleyball, horse-shoes, badminton or basketball. Stretch your legs on the network of nature trails. The state-of-the-art minigolf course rolls out the green carpet, and the practice tee lets you work on your swing before playing 18 holes at one of several nearby courses.

The always-amiable staff plans social activities, from crafts and luaus to karaoke and live entertainment. Warm-weather Sundays start with worship services in the Chapel of the Woods and the occasional pancake breakfast. When it’s time for a break, take a revitalizing dip in the indoor or outdoor heated pools and hot tubs or board the door-to-door shuttle to nearby Saganing Eagles Landing Casino.
