ADAA Delegate Election Information
You may have noticed that we are not seeking nominations for ADAA Delegates at this years
MDAA Annual Session. ADAA moved their Annual Conference by 6 months and because we
were electing delegates two years out it threw us out of sequence. We currently have 2 groups of
elected delegates that have not served yet. We will utilize the group elected in 2015 to serve this
coming April and the group elected this past April to serve in the spring of 2018. During next
years House of Delegates we will hold elections to elect our 2019 ADAA Delegates.
At this time we are to assume that ADAA will continue to host virtual online conferences like last
year. Although not as exciting as getting to travel to another state, it is just as important that we
continue to be involved and I encourage you when we elect again to support the MDAA and
ADAA by being nominated.
