Michelle RogersMichelle Rogers is a CCG in Villa M. She was born in Alaska but has lived in Arizona since 1995. Before becoming a CCG she was a CNA and also a Behavioral Tech. What she likes most about her job is making a difference in the residents lives, and still being able to work in BH field. Her goals are to continue to keep moving up in the health field, maybe even one day become a RN. Advice she would give new caregivers is “This is not just a job, this is someone’s family member and not everyone fits in the health field.” “She also said a lot comes with being a caregiver, from your attitude, to your personality, and most of all patience, love and understanding.”

Annette Annette lives in Villa N and has a been a resident with us since 2018. A few facts about Annette:

• She was born in Virginia.• She has one son named William (Bill) which she says is something she is most proud of. She says he is a very good son and very kind!• She enjoys reading, getting to know people, and being outside.• One of her best qualities she feels she has is her heart. She said she tries to help anyone and everyone in need.
