10/2009 – 7/2014 Project Manager Noble Resource Corporation – El Paso, Texas Oversee the day to day operations of the following; Cell Tower Back Haul Fiber Build, aerial and underground plant replacement (coax and fiber), forward and return sweep, upgrade from 750MHz to 1GHz (module swap). Developed and implemented an effective tracking procedure for the project. Hired and managed in-house staff. 8/2006 – 2/2009 Area Technical Operations Manager Time Warner Cable – Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi Oversee the daily operation of the technical operations department which consists of eight systems covering three states, Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi, including eight Headends; Preventive Maintenance, Service, Construction, Installation, Dispatch, and Warehousing; 4000 miles of plant, delegate technical staff assignments, budget yearly plant needs, effectively manage and control the technical P&L, develop and oversee company policy.
