If you would do me a huge favor. Fraud has been discovered on behalf of the particular individuals, the purported VP OF MERS AND THE NOTARY signing these assignments.

I’ve provided you with copies of the documents registered with Douglas County, and then copies of two other documents where the same individual has signed with HORIZON HOME LOANS CORPORATION over the same date as the MERS document, and upon checking, the notary JERRY WADE LOLLAR is, in fact, an executive with HORIZON HOME LOANS CORPORATION.

I’ve attached a copy of the assignment found as the last two pages of this fax.

Do you have a way to cross check assignment in the register of Deeds Office for:

Would you humor me because of the fraud found and confirm the assignments recorded in BOOK 1051 PAGE 34 is indeed booked on the day after June 26th, 2009, and NOT 08/26/2009. If you look at my copy of my assignment you will see my need to double check.
