• Does not include learning problems that are the result of other disabilities or environmental, cultural, or economic disadvantage

including conditions such as perceptual disabilities, brain injury, minimal brain

dysfunction, dyslexia, and developmental aphasia.

• My Sidewalks– 5 days/week, 30 minutes/day

• Lexia– 5 days/week, 20 minutes/day

Tier 3 must be implemented for 6 weeks with fidelity, progress monitored with support and evaluated at the end of this 6 weeks.

Progress monitoring must be data based, i.e. STEPS
