Beach apartments at Sunny Isles Beach, the City of Sun and Sea, is located on a barrier island in the northeast corner of Miami-Dade County, bounded by the Atlantic Ocean on the east and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west. Golden Beach lies to the north, Bal Harbour and Haulover Park are immediately to the south. Sunny Isles Beach is midway between downtown Miami and Fort Lauderdale with easy access to business centers, entertainment, sports and recreational facilities, and tourist attractions. Residents and visitors can fly into either Miami International or Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International airports, or cruise into the Port of Miami or Port Everglades and be in Sunny Isles Beach within 20 to 30 minutes.

TERMS & CONDITIONS RESERVATIONS Rates are on a FIT availability basis unless room allotment is specified. Individual reservations should be submitted in writing to our reservations department via email [email protected] or by fax (407) 465-2261. Reservations request should have complete names, number of guests per property and specific accommodation type. Requests for specific rooms, suites, properties or bed types can be accommodated whenever possible and are based on availability. AVH reserves the right to withdraw any allocation of allotment.
CHECK IN TIME: after 4:00 pm CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00 am
CANCELLATIONS Must be sent in writing to our reservations department. Cancellations made within 21 days arrival are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of total amount of night(s) booked . Cancellations made within 24 hours or arrival date or no shows are subject to a 100% cancellation fee equal to total amount of night(s) reserved. PAYMENTS Payments are due 30 days prior guest arrival and must be made in US Dollars via company check, credit card or bank wire transfer. Payments made by credit card or wire transfer might be subject to an additional fee.

Orlando, FL 32821 AVH reserves the right to change an operator’s existing method of payment or withdraw any allocation of credit agreement should the accounts be outstanding more than thirty (30) days. ADVERTISING AVH reserves the right to proof ALL photography and copy used in any brochure or tariff. A proof of all copy and photography must be submitted to the sale department prior to the printing and distribution of brochure and/or advertising. The sales department will provide color images and appropriate collateral materials upon request. Copies of printed or finalized materials must be submitted to AVH. ACCOMMODATIONS All properties are not smoking and pets are not allowed. Handicapped accessible units may be available upon request. CONFIDENTIALITY Confidential information including but not limited to rates, advertising campaigns, licensing strategies, information regarding executives, employees, agents and contractors must be kept confidential by operator. During the term of this agreement and for a period of twelve (12) months thereafter, operator must not directly or indirectly, deal with any owner of a unit or company holding representation of said unit for the purpose of renting that unit.
