Job descriptions, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
General wellhead maintenance.
make sure the all Equipment is maintained perfectly and ready for jobs
Responsible for issuing the report for all equipment under maintenance.
Responsible for inspect the equipment condition before and after every job
Responsible for the Preparation of the daily Report to maintenance Manager.
Responsible for the file system for the jobs and for each equipment & units
Responsible for the preparation/leak testing of surface wellhead equipment and
material/mobilization to rig site or where needed.
Maintenance of client’s equipment (Specialized Wellheads, Valves, & Tooling, etc.) in
accordance with the company recommended procedures, methods & guides.
Performing these tasks with different types of wellhead like VETCO Gray, Drill quip,
FMC, Kvaerner (Aker), Wood group and / or Cameron a big plus.
Maintaining a strong customer relationship through a positive, proactive & professional
approach.
Advice customers of the correct installation and operating procedure for the equipment
as well as the maintenance required.
Quality control- checking that all equipment is functionally corrects.
Providing technical support and installation in a safe and efficient manner.
Maintenance, servicing and installation of wellhead equipment.
Corrective maintenance of equipment in workshop as well as in Field.
