1. MHC assess and agree the Property’s Initial and Potential Value if improved
2. MHC identify the project’s Budget and Timings
3. MHC and the Owner agree the Outline Improvement Plan
4. MHC provide the secured Interest-Free PIP Funding
5. MHC fully manage the project through to completion (10% of PIP funding)
6. Owner markets the property to achieve the full market value
7. The Growth in Value less PIP Funding is split 50:50
